Cup Care

Please follow these guidelines for proper care of your tumbler.

Wash before first use.
Gentle handwash only.
DO NOT soak in water
NOT dishwasher safe
NOT microwave safe
Dry bamboo lids asap
Leave bamboo lid off tumbler until the lid is fully dry.
Clean straw with a brush

Refunds and Returns

All tumblers are made to order. Orders must be paid for before I start.
Once an order is made it can not be cancelled or refunded.
If a tumbler arrives damaged from shipping please contact me immediately for refund or replacement.
If there is a problem with your order please contact me immediately.
All tumblers are final sale. No refunds or returns on orders.
